YOYOSO National Operational Implementation Hands-on Training Session Chongqing to Double Sales!

November 15 to 16, 2017, YOYOSO successfully conducted the “National Operational Implementation Hands-on Training Session” at its Chongqing stop. It received unanimously positive comments from the trainees; it made the franchise store owners and managers fully passionate about and confident in doubling the sales in the final season of 2017!

This “National Operational Implementation Hands-on Training Session” in Chongqing invited Ma, a gold instructor from the Business School of YOYOSO, and Zhang, a gold store implementer to share knowledge of practical store operations with more than 100 YOYOSO trainees. During the session, practical knowledge and interactivity in hands-on operations were easy to understand and actionable. Through case studies and scenario simulations, the session enlightened the trainees in problems frequently encountered in daily store operations – they could find the solutions, get self-motivated, optimize the management of their stores, and find ways to boost sales!

How to operate a physical store in the new era of retail? According to YOYOSO, store operations should be consumer-centric and, through lean and systematic management, deliver conscientious service and display products perfectly.
